Welcome to your Lion’s Breath practice.
Lion’s Breath, known in Sanskrit as Simhasana, is a traditional yogic breathing technique that invites us to release tension, reconnect with our breath, and let go.
Throughout our lives, we hold tension in our bodies, particularly in the face, jaw, neck, and throat. Sometimes we don’t even realize how much we’re holding on to.
Lion’s Breath encourages us to release that tension through a powerful, audible exhalation.
Unlike many breathing practices that emphasize quiet, controlled breathing, Lion’s Breath invites us to make sound, express ourselves, and release what we no longer need to carry.
There is no perfect way to practice. Simply allow yourself to breathe, release, and experience the freedom of letting go.
Before we begin moving the body, we begin with the breath.
The diaphragm is a large, dome-shaped muscle located beneath your lungs and is the primary muscle your body uses to breathe. As you inhale, it gently moves downward, creating space for your lungs to expand. As you exhale, it relaxes and rises again.
When the diaphragm moves freely, breathing can become fuller and more efficient. It can help soften unnecessary tension, quiet the nervous system, and create a sense of support from within.
For this practice, both your inhale and your exhale will move through your nose.
Your nose is designed for breathing. As air passes through the nostrils, it is filtered, warmed, and humidified before reaching the lungs. Breathing through the nose also naturally slows the breath and encourages the diaphragm to participate more fully.
There is nothing to force here.
Nothing to achieve.
Your only intention is to notice your breath and allow it to become a deeper, a little slower, and a more effortless.

Bring It
Running time: 10 minutes, 2 seconds
What are you bringing into this moment—and into your life?
This guided meditation invites you to become aware of the thoughts, emotions, and energy you are carrying, and to recognize that you have the power to choose what you bring forward. Through breath, stillness, and self-observation, you’ll explore what may be missing and practice intentionally generating the qualities you want more of—love, connection, joy, trust, courage, gratitude, and strength.
Rather than waiting for someone or something outside of you to provide what you need, this practice asks you to take an active role in creating it from within.
Use this meditation when you feel stuck, disconnected, or ready to shift your energy and perspective. Bring the breath. Bring the courage. Bring the love. You bring it.
Trust
Running time: 10 minutes, 30 seconds
Trust begins within. This guided meditation invites you to quiet the need to know, control, or have all the answers and reconnect with the steady wisdom already inside you.
Through breath, stillness, and gentle awareness, you’ll practice listening to your body, trusting your inner voice, and allowing yourself to meet uncertainty without fear. Trust does not mean knowing exactly what comes next—it means believing you can meet the next moment as it arrives.
Use this meditation when you feel uncertain, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your own intuition. Breathe. Listen. Soften. Trust yourself. Trust your body. Trust the process.
Running time: 10 minutes, 21 seconds
Your body is always communicating. This guided meditation invites you to slow down, turn your attention inward, and notice what you are feeling without judgment or the need to change it.
Through breath and gentle awareness, you’ll explore physical sensations, areas of tension, ease, warmth, heaviness, or openness. Rather than thinking about your body from the outside, this practice encourages you to experience your body from within, to listen, feel, and reconnect.
Use this meditation when you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or caught in your thoughts. Come back to your breath. Come back to sensation. Come back to your body.
Anything Is Possible
Running time: 10 minutes, 6 seconds
Possibility begins when we loosen our grip on what we think must happen and make space for what could happen. This guided meditation invites you to quiet limiting thoughts, reconnect with your breath, and open yourself to possibility.
Through stillness and awareness, you’ll be encouraged to move beyond fear, doubt, and old patterns and imagine what might become possible when you trust yourself enough to take the next step.
Use this meditation when you feel stuck, discouraged, or uncertain about what comes next. You don’t need to know the entire path forward. Begin with your breath, stay open, and remember: anything is possible.
Running time: 10 minutes, 17 seconds
You do not have to become more to be enough. This guided meditation invites you to quiet the inner voice that says something is missing, broken, or needs to be fixed, and return to a deeper sense of wholeness.
Through breath, stillness, and gentle awareness, you’ll reconnect with the truth that you are already complete exactly as you are in this moment. Your circumstances may change. Your body may change. Life may change. But your inherent worth remains.
Use this meditation when you need reassurance, grounding, or a reminder to meet yourself with greater compassion and acceptance. You are here. You are enough. You are whole and complete.
Running time: 10 minutes, 17 seconds
Every breath is an invitation to begin again. This guided meditation brings your attention to the simple, powerful act of breathing—to receive, to release, and to create space within.
The word inspire means both to breathe in and to awaken or encourage something within us. As you follow the rhythm of your breath, you’ll be invited to soften, become present, and reconnect with the energy already moving through you.
Use this meditation when you feel tired, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply need a moment to return to yourself. Breathe in. Be inspired. Begin again.
10 minutes, 9 seconds
This guided seated meditation invites you to move beyond your edge and consider who you are becoming - in your body, your relationships, and the world. Through breath, posture, and reflection, you’ll create length through the spine while grounding deeply through your roots. Open to possibility, choose growth moment by moment, and commit to living from a place of love, truth, connection, and surrender.
Feel To Heal
10 minutes, 9 seconds
This guided seated meditation invites you to reconnect with the physical sensations and emotions held within your body. By allowing yourself to feel joy, love, sadness, anger, lightness, and heaviness without judgment, you create space for release and healing. The way out is the way through, feel, breathe, soften, and experience each moment as it unfolds.
Running time: 10 minutes, 21 seconds
This gentle, seated meditation invites you to become fully present through posture, breath, and awareness. You’ll begin by grounding through the sitting bones and lengthening the spine, then explore breathing into the front, sides, back, and base of the lungs. As the practice moves inward, you’ll connect with the heart, soften the jaw, tongue, eyes, and mind, and rest in the reminder that there is nothing to fix, you are whole, present, and enough exactly as you are.
